About Julia Perkins
Julia H. Perkins was admitted to practice law in the State of California and by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in 2001. She has over a decade of experience helping individuals and families in the practice areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, special needs trusts, and conservatorship law.
Ms. Perkins received a B.A. degree from the University of California at Davis with majors in History and Psychology in 1997. She received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2001 and earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010.
Ms. Perkins is a member of the State Bar of California (Trusts and Estates section and Taxation section), the San Diego County Bar Association (Estate Planning section), the Probate Attorneys of San Diego, and the Foothills Bar Association.
